Default ae86 arches fit!!!

just a bit of good news for anyone looking for a set of wide arches for their s12, the arches available for the ae86 fit our cars prefectly. I got a set for mine with the intention of modifying them to fit the car, but discovered that they actually fit the car perfectly, if you fit the front p/s arch to the rear d/s and ontinue in that order they fit 100% and look as if they were made for the car.

Dont know if this is common knowledge but i thought i'd share it anyway

i got them off brian campbell in warrenpoint over here, www.driftkits.eu, he makes replica vertex uras etc kits, i dont know the price because i got a front bumper and skirts off him aswell and we just agreed on 650 euros total but i think he mentioned 250 or 300 was the normal price for them. They are excellent quality as is the bumper and skirts. And the best bit was i was his forst s12 customer he said to send him pics when its fitted and he might make some moulds if there is a demand , if you want his phone no just let me know.

Now to try convince him to make a carbon fiber bonnet

how far did you get with that or what ended up happening, i had a notion to try and make a mould of one last week and give it a go but the costs quickly put me off

it never got done, cheaper option would be a fibreglass bonnet with a layer of carbonfibre on the top.
