Default differences in markets

does anyone know if there are any major differences in harness wiring in euro spec cars vs us spec cars? I've got (i think) a euro ca20e s12, that was running an fj20e, and i'm now putting in a us s13 ka24de

any thoughts

I do know that wiring is different, not necessarily with the UK but in general. The Aus and JDM marker lights have two plugs in its wiring loom. One that connects to a negative and one to a positive 'clip' whereas the US only has 'clip' that contains all the positive and negative wiring pins.
