i dont think there is much you need to do, you need the turbo, early s13 T25 seems to be same fitments as the s12 T2 bolts straight on, you will need the s13 elbow for bolt up to your exhaust, you need an intercooler, coz the s13 turbo std runs at 10psi, and the oil return pipe from the turbo to the sump needs cutting down a bit to fit, if you use the later s13 T25 or the T28 you will need to change the oil feed pipe as they are a different fitment, i think you can use the s13 braided pipe available at most performance places (if you have the mk2 silvia engine, with short feed pipe) the mk1 has to be fabricated.
i have not done this yet so these are only the points i have read about on here, there are plenty on here that have dont it and will most likely post after with any additions.
