Lightbulb Superchargers

Hi All

Iam trying to do somthing a bit diffrent with my Silvia, like supercharging it as well as the turbo.

Is there anybody who has done anything similer befor?

As far as iam awer there is 2 ways of doing it.
One is to run the supercharger through the turbo witch is simpler for pipe work and will act as anti-lag, but will the supercharger act as a restricter at high RPM?
The second way is to have them parallel but I think I will then have more problems with fading the Super out and the turbo in.

Can any one point me in the rite direction pleaes.

One or the other m8, it's not how you generate the boost that's important, it's how much boost you make. Modern turbos will make more than the CA18ET can take so why bother?

We have got a Golf GT at work and a spair engine I have looked at.
The way VW have done it looks a bit hard for me to do as alot of it is controled by the ECU and flybywire throtel flaps.

Think I have to look at some old school ways of doing it

Cheers dudes.
