Default s12 or s13 engine mounts on ca18det

Anyone who has done the DET conversion can tell me weather its best to go with the s13 mounts on the DET? The reason I ask is that I cant get a spanner in the hole on the front sub frame to undo the S12 mounts. I know the
S12 mounts will bolt to the det block but with only 2 bolts were the s13 mounts have three.

The S13 mounts can just bolt up. It's a bit of a tight squeeze I found with Nismo mounts, as I think the s13 subframe is prob 1cm wider where they bolt in

I want to use the S13 mounts but I cant get the s12 ones unbolted. I cant get a spanner in the gap to unbolt them. I aint dropping the subframe.

Well it depends, if you're a lunatic trying, drifting, dumping the clutch etc then a weakness in those bolts will show up.

In my old S12 I had the bolts shear on the inlet side. The engine dropped a few inches. It didn't drop any further because the oil filter stuff itself in to the side of the amount. Made a hole in the oil filter though.
