you're kidding!!!!!!! I have 11 CA's in my garage |
how much you looking for one then? :)
|
and if it's to fit a t25 to yours you don't need it, the standard s12 dump pipe fits with 3 bolts, and sits in the standard position so needs no modification of the exhaust. I've done this on Docwra and CA18DAT's cars

After doing this conversion myself i feel It would be far better to stick with your plan Adz and use the proper t25 downpipe rather than fit the t2 one with only 3 bolts(however good this maybe its a bodge and i know you dont like bodging)
The exhaust needs no modification with the t25 downpipe either Danny unless you have a aftermarket exhaust system that hasnt kept the rotating flange. Adz new exhaust has still got the rotating flange |
In all fairness i havent spent hours upon hours in the snow etc scrubbing my entire engine with a toothbrush to go stickign a T2 downpipe on it. I sat a T2 dowpipe on the exhaust housing and with it only being a 4 stud housing theres a rather large gap between 2 of the studs which would cause a weakness for a blow over time imo.

it works on renault t GTTs when they upgrade from t2 to t25, but I bow down to your greater engineering knowledge:rolleyes: |
I just wanted to use the correct downpipe:confused:
|
Don't forget to say about the T25 unit that you need a new oil return line with "T" piece and a mangement Unit because our MAF doesn't regulate the T25.
What about the stoch exhaust manifoild (engine/exhaust) of a stock CA18DET? Is it a good upgrade for cheap S13 manifoild+T25? |
Myself and others have run the T3 on the standard management with little issues, so i doubt the T25 to cause probs on std mgt.
The CA18DET manifolds wont fit the CA18ET |
The T25 has been used many times on std management:)
