basically, the wires for the ECCS relay, IG power, etc.. aren't on that white plug you were describing. They're on the two plugs that are in the engine...

hey guys, I just pulled out my old motor, but I've got a question.

Do I need to hook up the stock vacuum pump to the ca18det or does it not need the pump?

The ka24e throttle body is a better route...but then again I'm in north america, so they're pretty plentiful here.

Those are about 60mm.

Thanks for getting me those specs. That's quite a big difference from inner to outer diameter. The walls must be very thick.
