Hi I got a set of lowering springs from Silviagod and they are fine but I didn't know they were so low that they drop out of place when jacked up / full stretch. How do I stop this happening any hints tips would be appreciated.

check straps, use plastic coated steel cable, like on multi gyms, you can get it from b and q, and some tiny u clamps, loop each end with the u clamps, then drill a small hole near the shocker and then up near where the shocker mounts up top and bolt the cable to it, den (japster) on hear has this done.

no, for the rears, what i did before i fitted coilovers, was make 3 little z shaped tabs for each side on the front, then drilled them n bolted them to to spring cup, top of the z shape hooks over the spring and botton bolts to the cup, this stops the fronts falling out.
