Default Expanding Foam

Has anyone filled or tried filling their sills with expanding foam to stiffen the car up, if is it an easy job to do?

The real problem with this technic it's the fact that moisture tends to appear in chassis by keeping water, all the rest is good

Would that actually work? Maybe some improvement with side impact, but if the type of expanding foam that builders use, it would just flex and give and turn to mush..... I filled the cavities in my glass fibre gp bodykit that I got from chester with expanding foam, and it keeps the gravel out of the side skirts, but thats about it... 2 months in and it is falling apart.

So no.... I doubt it would do much good. What about concrete?

I know that you have to make sure that there is no moisture present when you fill the sills, I just wondered how easy a job it was to do and if it makes any differance to stiffness.
