i thought that u only had to skim the head if the gasket blows, not if changing it. i have a spare head i can use and swap manifolds

when ever you take a head off skim it, it cost next to nothing and can save you soooooo much agro......trust me £1600 later.

i took the head off as i holed a piston, going to use my other s12 head now, get a gasket kit and cam it and skim it, maybe port and polish it too. unless i do my rb20det conversion hehe
