The vernier will need adjusting again. To change the cam the engine might need to be jacked up off its mounts, the clearances would have to be done, and then time the pulley in.
It would take best part of a day to be realistic |

Any chance of doing this mate some time next year? Could do the cam one day and leave the pulley for another day? Obviously I would make it your worth while....

Sounds good. Where abouts in the midlands are you?
Claire has a civic and to be honest those radiators are very small. Your probably best going for the one Adzs12 is saving up for.Pm him. Any chance of some pictures of the old girl? Ive only ever seen it in your signature Has every piper regrind cam youve dialled in been adjusted be the same amount on the pulley Martin?

With a powerfull electric fan like a kenlowe or pacet,an expansion tank(the std s12 one would be suitable) and a 300zx thermostat you would be fine imo,

APEX have an aftermartet S13 rad on a group buy going pretty cheap I think.
The adjustment on the pulley will never be the same due to engineering tolerances. I estimate it will take at least 5 hours to remove rockers, lift engine, remove cam, wack new cam and seal in, chase rocker threads, install rockers, do a cold clearance setup, dial cam in, then do a hot clearance setup. |

Yeah and Adam as well.
Ive never measured differences, I just get them dialed in but never looked at differences, but there always will be, when you consider deck height, head gasket thicknesses, head skimming etc. I doubt any tolerances from Piper would hardly be measurable |
