APEX have an aftermartet S13 rad on a group buy going pretty cheap I think.
The adjustment on the pulley will never be the same due to engineering tolerances. I estimate it will take at least 5 hours to remove rockers, lift engine, remove cam, wack new cam and seal in, chase rocker threads, install rockers, do a cold clearance setup, dial cam in, then do a hot clearance setup.
