its not that i want to change it, it is as low as its gunna go before it starts playing funny games and bounces between 500rpm and 800rpm,its that
there is just so much variability.
it also misfires slightly when you are doing below 1500rpm at about 30mph, higher speeds and rpm's its fine
how much does a new starter cost?

i think also i have a different inlet manifold attached, and the idle spped screw sits under the spring loaded cam for the main throttle, i think riece said it was off of a v6 or something??

got any pics of it? the only inlet manifold i can think of that it would be is the ca20e one, a v6 one would be totally different, maybe its just the throttle bodie he changed?

that would be it,its a 60mm ported throttle body from a v6.
having trouble putting photo's on here,damn administrator

nah, im on a works computer, have restrictions on what we can and cant do on em, rubbish.

you dont wanna touch the screw that touches the main throttle cam lever thingy.

firstly sounds with missfire and such, similar to what mine did when the dump valve was leaking air, or it could just be an airleak in the pipe from turbo to throttle body.

the idle screw is on the side of teh inlet manifold.

ill find a pic.
