Im seriously interested in assembeling all the kit for this, or paying someone else so map my ECU.
Do get all the kit together one bit that is distinctly laking is a rom file/locations file to use with LiveEdit. Then I need an emulator chip for live editing, and a EPROM burner to save the final mappings to. Oh and a load of earthing straps so nothing gets fried. Is there a difference then between the MK1 and MK2 ECUs? or even with the ECU from a CA18ET powered bluebird? |

Any one have pics of the inside of a MK1, I have a MK2 one which I will open in due course (once I have sold the bluebird)
I also have a spare bluebird one so I will see if that has the same chips inside. Does anyone happen to know if the ECUs are interchangeable even though they are different? In all honesty am I better off looking at an aftermarket ECU with it being cheaper and more flexible in the long run? |
