oh good stuff. If I get it tomorrow I may even fit it. Is it worth me grinding out the standard exhaust manifold a bit?

Cheers Adz. (im not online during the day) Yup its posted, Should arrive very soon.

Dont let the postman hold you up.The turbo will be the last thing to do

Steering rack, clutch, injectors,Battery relocation wiring, fitment of piper cam etc means you really need to take the engine out.

engine out!!! Yep you are right however my parents garage is full of junk from my old house so I have no where to put it in the dry.

It would be ideal to take the engine out and the inspiration i have had from you all, I would love to do it. What a shame i can't store the bugger while i work on it.

Right tomorrow or Sunday I will put the alternator, power steering pump on and have a look at grinding out that standard manifold not that it will make much difference but i suppose every little helps (according to tesco!)

you may as well take it completely out and do the clutch etc too, Why struggle with all the other jobs.

can you not move the junk so you can get your engine in there and work on it,you dont really need that much space, and its much easier to do all that stuff you gotta do,also you can give the engine bay/engine a real good clean too so its all mint, cant see why you wanna bother grinding that manifold out mate cos you know your gonna get a tubular one on there at some point
