steering rack boots

Motor factors don't list rack boots for silvia's but they sold me a universal fit type that you cut down to size...did the job

Your right went to another shop and it was about a tenner but i was unsure of the size and they had 3 differant ones but now ive got one for free off shaun

Does anyone know if you have to put some grease or owt on the rack under the boot before you put them on

i bought a nissan one for the mot bout 3 years ago, i think was about 20 quid.
