Water Drains

Are there water drains by the rear arches? I cant see or feel anything but i am beginning to get some rust appear at the bottom of the arch near the mudflap. I know the plastic spat is a water trap, and taking it off would probably not be a good idea. I have looked in the book but cant seem to find ANY drains!

Bluebird turbo has them, anyone point me in the right direction?
