if you post up the number on the black box on the AFM, it should give the answer in FAST years an models the AFM is from.
i have FAST so if you post it up, ill look it up for you. i think its a long number with a dash in the middle.

I have a copy of the emerald ecu software and am currently learning how to map the thing and also have access to a rolling road at the moment.

Are you running Emerald then?
Emerald system is the easiest to get to grips with. Dave Walker doesn't mind sharing knowledge, so you'll learn alot from his website. Have a look at the Omex and DTA systems and compare how they do things differently

No I am not running an emerald ecu on my car. I am currently doing a degree and part of the course is learning how to map ecu's and how to tune them on the rolling road. I think Dave Walker is coming into see us as well because we are mapping up some emeralds and installing them on various engines. Kind of like a little compettition between students. If anyone needs anything then I have a lot of very knowledgable people around to solve tricky problems and it would be free help was what I was getting at.
