s12 coilovers are a DIY option now tbh, a few on here have done it.
30psi knows more about s13 coilovers, they fit but you also need the s13 lower arm and an adjustable top plate, im sure there are more bits too, but thats the basics

Its the track rods and ends that you might need. Basically you can do it without them, but you will end up making the S12 rods a bit longer than they could maybe be happy with ie not much thread remaining. Thats up to you, but to be on the safe side I'd try to do it properly. I also found the S13 ones too long in fact, so they may need shortening, and re-threading to a better length. I haven't done it on an S12 but I did on the Datsun, that was the main issue to be honest, so just be prepared for some extra work if you use the S13 ones. If you used S13 arms, then they may well be the right length, but you'd have to adapt the S13 arms to take the S12 tension rod.
S13 brakes are ok, they come in different sizes. The earlier ones are smaller than S12 ones, so have to be avoided, and the facelift ones are a few mm larger than the S12 ones. That said, whilst down there I would seiously consider doing the job properly and use at least S14/Z32 calipers and discs.
