im not using a gasket at all between the wastegate and manifold flange, just the machined steel ring and it doesnt seem to blow. the gaskets are a bit shite, think hylomar is a good shout from wastegate to screamer

one thing guys, in the diagram it shows another T as a vent to atmosphere in line with the boost solenoid. Did you do this too? or just not bother with the vent to atmos?

I didnt have a vent in mine there. if it had a vent there there would not be any point in having the controller attached to the top port.I would Leave the vent out. Just be careful as im sure you will when you first test it.Get a nice big boost gauge right in front of your face in 1psi increments

on my greddy profec b spec 2, the solenoid has 3 ports, you alter the way the pipes attach, for if you have ex wastegate or actuator, if you have your set up ie: external, you run the pipes parralell and the center one vent to atmosphere, top of the actuator goes to (com) on the selonoid which is the one thats on the side and runs parralell to the other, the other one that runs parralell goes to a pressure source ie: the comp housing on the tubby, you also t into this one and connect it to the bottom opening on the wastegate, then the front of the solenoid vent to atmosphere.
