i would check this first. The standard fuel reg is non adjustable, the fuel pressure rises accordance with the inlet manifold pressure, if the fuel reg isn't receiving correct manifold pressure the fuel pressure will be affected (lower)(idle fuel pressure is 32psi from memory) check for cracked pipes
the standard reg could be past its best, try a FSE adjustable fuel reg or something similar silviagod has had good results will the cheap jap ebay ones are you the guy off locostbuilders??

is the fuel pump wired via a relay? Also i may be wrong but did i read somewhere that the standard ecu map for the s12 runs the injectors at upto 136%?

i'm not using the silvia ecu, i'm using megasquirt much easier for mapping.
pump wired direct to dedicated relay. |
