Hopefully you havnt made a big error with your release bearing arm/release bearing and made the slave cylinder piston pop out...


Slave cylinder push rod to release arm play should be about 3mm


It could be a nasty coincidence i suppose

the seals where fuked i luckerly got hold of a s13 1 which is slightly shorter in length but has got me outa trouble tonite ive ordered 1 shud turn up tomoz had to get my mate po take me to work on his low loader how embraracing lol

Is puting s13 clutch any better.
The dimentions are the same.
What is better in s13 then s12.

S13 had 550kg pressure plate compared to 450kg on S12

i was advised by alot of people to put the s13 clutch in as it iss able to take more bhp n still have a nice life! i obv wasnt 100% that it fited as no 1 cud tell me they had done it but yes it fits a treat n grips veru well so far

Yeah its a good clutch that the S12 engine will probably never be powerful enough to slip.

Which preasure plate shoud i use ( wich year there are two) and which preasure bearing? Should i use s12 or s13 and which one??? Im changing the cluch this weekend because mine is sliping during gear change. Last tim it slipet when i changed from 1-st to 2-nd and 6K rmp
