AE86 will fit. it's the same 4x114.3, so is datsuns 280zx. 15x7 +0 can be fitted without spacer. need 195/50. 195/60 on 15x7 is a bit too tall, and it rubs occasionally on deep potholes + big bumps.
you can go wider than 7 inch, just have to watch the offset and use 50 aspect ratio tires. I have 15x6.5 +35 with 195/60, and there is very little room between the tires and strut towers in the front. maybe like 2-3 mm, but it's not rubbing at all. |

i use 225/45/17's on the front and 235's on the rear, they do touch slightly onto the spring platform, but grinding a little square hole sortes that out.

cheers people! it just seems easier to get rims for the ae86 as they are "cool" at the moment, so easier to get a bargin too
just gota find some 15' split rims now
