When I put the FMIC off my Silvia onto my S13, 90% of the piping fitted.
I think you'll be ok with most of it, but I think you'll have to cut a big hole in your battery tray, cut off the tow eye and cut a whole in the flat peice of metal on the right hand side of the engine bay (parallel with the battery tray.) Other than that, its just dealing with the throttle body. I'll see if I can dig out any photo's. Good luck.

I have swaped the ca18det engine in my s12, so the throttel body is in the right place.
And well cutting the two holes is unavoidable with fmic, so i have no prob with that (the battery is in the back already, and the tray is gone). Pictures would be real helpfull
