my mate had a scremmer fitted to his mr2 and it sounded rubbish, i have a stainless one fitted to mine and it goes well with my stainless manifold and full stainlees system

only reasons i say to go with the std one is because ebay stainless parts are sometimes made of very thin stainless and they tend to crack alot either side of the welds. There not allways a problem, but unless you know someone else that has bought the exact same one and has had no problems whatsoever you should bare in mind it may cause your reliability to suffer. Also the std downpipe will flow enough gasses for any t25 or t28 turbo exhaust housing so you could save yourself a few pennies for another mod

the standard s12 elbow is bigger internally (and a better shape) than the s13 elbow, and there's no cutting of the gearbox needed

i thought the S12 elbow wouldnt fit as it's 4 bolt and the S13 T25 T28 is 5 bolt ??
