whats the standard weight of a mk1 auto? no air con or owt fancy lol

had mine on the scales at work, managed to get it down to 1180kgs so far and still eyeing up stuff to rip out

Oscar, it looks like you've managed to add 35Kg weight to yours

I really would take those Nissan figures with a pinch of salt to be honest.

They're probably net, which means add 10 litres of petrol (10kg) for the fuel tank to just read on the minimum, 7 litres of water for the rad (7kg), 3 litres of screen wash (3Kg), Engine oil (4kg), Auto oil (8kg), Diff (2kg) and thats already an additional 34 Kg of additional weight.
