What type of oil in dampers?

Would that be the dampers on my car Dave?
If so anything you neglected to tell that you've done?

I used extra heavy motorbike fork oil in the end at £7.20 +vat for 1 litre(which is all you need). Also, yes you need to fill both the inner and outer tubes equally to about an inch from the top or you can't get the tops to screw back in. They are rock hard now and just the tyre seems to give.
The car should step out big time now!!!..... AWESOME!!!!

Yes, Dom I think they were still on the car when I sold it.

Whats happened have they fallen apart or something?

No Dave the dampers are ok, the engines not to healthy as it won't start at the moment, just wondered what else you had done to it as you didn't tell me about the adjustable actuator or that you had blanked off the pop off valve, not that I'm complaining, but I don't want to do something to find you've already done it!
