It took them almost an hour to write the report, if I go back and make a complaint I'll be there all day!!!!!!! As Adz said Silvia's ok, tools can be replaced.

I'm sorry, but that's effed up. That doesnt make sense. They should take some actions for stolen property and stuff. I know that crap would get a little further over here in the States. People get hella heated and seriously take matters in their own hands at times, esp. if the culprit is seen by the owner of the car. Some areas they are beat, caught or shot. Effing wankers.
