she did 10mins 28 secs, 2 weeks ago on the track for 1.5 miles (6 laps) and had to stop on the back straight of the 3rd lap to chuck up for about 40secs, as she had been off school half the week with a sickness bug.

it is framed. i took the glass off cos of the glare, if you look on the right hand side you can see a metal clip,
