Arn't S13 driveshafts are to long? Might have the S13 output shafts and S13 CV joints on S12 shafts though, that's not a huge amount of work and is what I was trying to look into but couldn't find any output shafts

s14 diff fits handy enough into s12 casing. just swap crown wheel and put back in. shafts are another story. theres one s12 shaft shorter than the other. can't remember which side it is though. anyway you need 2 short s12 shafts s13/14 diff and inner drives. the left hand s12 shaft needs to be shortened to avoid shuddering. little time comsuming but worth it if you want a bit of sideways action

Someone tried fitting an S14a diff and found the shafts to be thicker. So therefore they couldn't grind the S12 shaft shorter as it didn't have the required girth.
