ive got 300lbs ones atm, although they may be weak now, but they are crap.

also seperate issue, shaun, with your springs from valley springs, when you jack the car up, are they loose???, mine rattle about in the wind, and the MOT tester wasnt best please, and gave me an advisery ticked dangerous, so im hoping to solve that too!!!

my rears arn't to bad as i only went 25 or 30mm on the rear, japster has some check straps on his that i notices, plastic sleeved steel cable with a loop at each end that is bolted to where the shock sits at the bottom and to the side of where the spring sits up top, this stops it dropping to far.failing that, we could do with matching some shorter rear dampers up.

the rears i can sort soming out with, the lower shock mounts are bolted onto the arm, so im looking to get a set of spax adjustables for a mk2 escort, and remake the mounts whith slightly high holes as the mk2 escort shocks are 3" shorter but thats just an idea.

on the fronts im only looking for -25mm same as i have atm, but i dont want them loose on jacking up.
