im gonna change the silicon hoses, (anyone the the diameter hose i need for the cozzie intercooler??? looks about 76mm i know the T2 one is 51mm), the only other think i can see is the intercooler has been slightly rubbing on the eleccy fan cowling, and may have rubbed through on the corner of the elbow where the BOV goes on. but when whatever it was that went, it was sudden, i would think that would be the rubbing metal that did that.

is the housing cracked as this would leak off some boost

surley that would blow??? dont hear any exhaust blowing noises, and no black soot anywhere, but cracking housings are common, so i will check.
