Thing is the fitness does play apart, but it's only a part of it. As long as she keeps on top of things, and don't let difficult things get to her, before she knows it training will be finished. This time for her will go very quickly.

Having done training postings a lot of new recruits aren't as fit when they report for training as they were when I joined and training has been extended to take this into account, but that's the playstation generation. You don't get beasted as much either, but then I was told that by the Sergeants that trained me told us the same thing and no doubt theirs did the same. It's a different Army to the one I joined then you didn't expect to go to war a tour of NI but that was it I've done more soldiering in the last 7 years than I did in the previous 16.
Just tell Tasha to keep her head down and work hard, whatever she does try her hardest as it's not coming top it's doing your best and improving that the DS will appreciate most, someone who is good but doesn't try never goes down well but most of all enjoy it not that that is easy at time the DS will make sure of that.
