You can get everyting you need on either ebay or the SXOC (200SX owners club). I read the struts aren't a direct fit as factory S13 springs are too wide for S12 towers, requiring S13 coilovers.
I haven't tried yet so can't say from experience.

You are correct in your speculations about the s13 standard struts are just toooo wide! I went down the road of doing a full s13 conversion (including the rears) and found the modifications to the lower arm mountings and tension rod mountings were fairly straight forward. By doing this i could use the s14a four pots and the larger facelift s13 discs (mintex discs and pads) the breaking efficiency is much improved over standard and after a few laps around the nurburgring the brakes although hot and stinking did not fade and if anyone has driven the ring it is not known for being a kind circuit to brakes! there were no modifications required to the ARB mounts as they lined up just fine. As has been mentioned before by rolling on the s13 hubs the braking options are blown wide open as most nissan fitment parts are fairly interchangeable (albeit with some minor modifications in some cases)
