By the way Pukka,
if you wanna go travelling and don't want to do the usual Australia Thailand etc route that alot of brits do, i would recommend the Caribbean. I spent 2 years visiting the missus there every school holiday. She was based in Providenciales in the turkes and caicos islands. Super place. I have info on it if you ever are interested, ![]()

Its the only thing i am getting ok at is bench pressing. I have put some weight on and need to shift it ideally. Im weighing 13st 11 at the moment. Realistically 175kg but im aiming for 200kg by the end of the summer.
Been seeing a chiropractor for my back and that seems to be helping my lifting loads

dunno why mine leaked at idle, shouldnt have been seeing vacuum as had takeoff from comp housing, i always put it down to softish spring and cheap ebay quality ![]()
