i've managed to get an answer from South Yorkshire Springs & a set of -40mm front & rear springs is £129.25 delivered with a 2 week turnaround

What kind of drop does that give and I guess you'd need to upgrade shocks then aswell as that?

finally got round to lowering the rear. took South Yorkshire Springs 6 weeks (told me 2 lol) but not really botherd cos it was a few weeks before i could be botherd to fit them once they'd arrived.
anyhow, this is how she is sitting with my custom coilovers on the front & a set of -40mm springs & KYB shocks on the rear its made the car more grippy & predictable   Uploaded with ImageShack.us
