Okies dude, cant remember about fasthosts control but stick a dl cap on if its raping your quota. Assuming the move goes to plan I'll be able to host a torrent of it also to help spread the load

It shouldn't get raped too much now, it was when it first went live that the big rape occurred.

Fasthosts is shit, I try not to login to the control panel if I can help it

Ah no, you can rent webspace and allocated bandwidth, the most basic package means your site is on a cluster of servers with 1000's of others, hence being slow. You can also rent a dedicated machine [which you can remote desktop onto] with allocated bandwidth and its own cpu which does just what YOU want it to. Wether this is a virtual amchine or not is another story, but its the next step up from the basic hosting package.

Ah ok I see. yeah if speed was important to me then I'd look at stuff like that. Out of interest what speed would you be getting that downloading at on regular broadband?
