found it, leak on the manifold on the Rounded off nut underneath that I couldnt get off. B...stard Thing.

Took it to a couple of different places for help who I think saw me coming a mile off and didnt want to get involved.

Any ideas guys, this is frustrating the hell out of me

how much thread do you have to go until the nut comes off? if you can get 2 half nuts on you can just pull the stud, or if the nuts all the way at the loose end i would try a hacksaw blade just behind the nut (you want as uch thread on the stud left as possible to remove it)

its still tight so 2 half nuts would go on, what do you mean by pull the stud.

I have been searching the net for anything and everyting to get rounded nuts off.

Metrinch, Grip-Tite, Irwin Bolt Grip, Etc

If you wernt so far away i would do it here for you lol.Try a 6 sided cut down ring spanner rather than a 12 sided. It may work.Soak it in wd-40 over night beforehand.

wind the two nuts or half nuts onto the stud, tighten them against each other, then unwind the stud with the inner nut
