nice motor
 i like mk1's (its got the wrong rear lights on they are mk2 lights)some ideas for you intercooler wise original water rad moved back 100mm and a pace IC fitted in front  volvo 740 turbo intercooler + volvo 740 non turbo water rad + pipes. i ran @ 15psi without any problems   Silviagod does fiberglass kits http://www.silviagod.pwp.blueyonder....Fibreglass.htm .

Wacomuk Thanks alot for your post!! very helpfull i was going to fabricate an s13 IC but that looks much easier!! did no know silvia god did fiberglass molds either!  I take it the piping is the standard volvo pipes? Last edited by Retros12; 06-06-2011 at 13:02.

no the piping i used was 63mm exhaust pipe. There is a an exhaust place near me that bins loads of new off cuts so the pipe was free
