Default panel gaps

just wanted some info on panel gaps i.e tail gate mine sits a touch high from the roof but sits ok at back does the tail gate sit like that on most silvias cheers

dunno if mine sits a bit higher at the top but it does have quite a bit of a gap but i assumed it was normal will have a look to see if mines higher when i get back.

are you sure that where the hinges sit on the body are not lifting with rust ?

u are right s13eater my n/s hinge was a bit high when welded the plate on it but a few old taps with good old a hammer and block of wood sorted it out now tailgate fits nice all around down the sides and back lock hinge was a bitch to sort out but all good now pic to come soon . cheers
