Oh ideal, so you can still use the bolt in flange type affair the same as the ET injectors then. If I understand correctly? Just with the O-rings from the 444's?

just don't use the o rings, push the hose over and use a small jubilee clip on it,

At the top you mean? Got that.
I was more concerned about the bottom, as the injector pockets on the CA18ET seem to bolt in, where as the CA18DET they slide in? And the fuel rail holds them in. Where as that appears not to be the case on the ET...unless I've missed something looking at it? |

i'am sure that on my 444's that you could use the rubber from off of the s12 injectors and slide the hard black plastic collars over.

Yeah? Thats another thing worth knowing
![]() So what happens to the little diamond shaped bolt in flange on the ET? Whee part? Or do they still need to be in there? And I'm afraid I still don't get what holds the 444 injectors in? Because as I say the fuel rail "clamps" the standard DET ones in? |

i'am sure the 444's fit the same when you put the band of rubber and the black hard plastic collars on.in fact i had s13 375's in before the 444's and they fitted the same, take an s12 injector out and put them side by side, then just swap the mounting bits over, you'll see what i mean.don't get the collars mixed up, if i remember ,one of the collars that bolt onto the inlet has a different bolt pattern.

Cool, I've got a set of 375's so for a test fit and preobably for the mod's I'm going to run for a minute they will be ok.
Worth knowing one of the collars is different though! A little gem of knowledge as always. Cheers mate. |
