Slave cylinder can be had for around £15 on ebay, and possibly from onlineautomotive.co.uk , misterauto.com(?), or brakeparts.co.uk for other prices.

May be worth removing the damper and fitting a braided line while you are down there, buy a full lenght one (£22) for an S13 and you should be golden!
