OK UPDATE TIME! Right I think i managed to find a replacement piston however I'm not too sure. The inside of my caliper looks perfectly fine with no corrosion so i figured a replacement piston would be good.
If you type in P4308 on ebay itll bring up nissan silvia rear caliper piston which shows it'll fit s12 fj20s'. Can someone confirm whether the fj20 had the same brake setup as the c18et?

thanks s13eater, im going to give the seller a call and see if they are able to supply seal kits too. Will update tomorrow
