on the vent,is the lip going to be any thinner on the vented bit, as mine is'nt as thick?

It can be whatever you like. its only fibreglass. it can be trimmed to whatever shape wanted once its out the mould.Im thinking i may not have a lip there at all on mine.

I want one! they are cool. i had to spray mine matte black the water stained it with white streaks when i washed it last!
