I did bolt it to the block first then lower it on the mounts !im not completely stupid

Fixed the engine mount, after me and dr silvia looked at it out of the car, it was clear that the holes for the bolts had worn badly on the mount itself and caused the bolts to shear.so fitted a different mount and used strengthend bolts and all seems good.Then later on that day my walbro pump packed up, it sounded odd when priming, then it wasnt boosting properly and my safc knk warning was going ape

definatly not a power source or earth problem? Where you low on fuel when it packed up. Your guage may be telling you have more fuel than you have if the pick-up is not in the same place. Also running a pump dry can damage it.

Nah dude i removed the pump and the wires where all good an intact, it started playing up when i had filled up about an hour before so i had 3/4 of a tank.
The pump is as low as the standard pump was too ![]() ![]()

yeah sounds like it. What a bugger. Are you going to send it back to the person you bought it from?
Oh. I just bought this. It should be here in a few days hopefully. So we should have a bit of a laugh. Same engine as yours etc....... ![]()
