mk2s have slightly larger bumpers and a power bulge style bonnet and the rear lights also incorporate reverse and fog lights rather than the bumper mounted ones in the mk1.
It shouldnt woble at 90. if it wobbled at 60 it would be wheel balancing. 90 may be something like an unbalanced prop shaft or nackered steering arms etc. Its hard to say. A standard s12 should feel very smooth and handle fine on motorway driving upto around 115-120 before it becomes quite light on the handling.Up rating the springs and having healthy dampers solves this.
