yea would like to know too coz my drivers door one has gone and someone replaced it with a bolt........ so everytime you open the door it klunks

Basically you have a pin that is held in by a c clip. You take this off after supporting the door. Then you tap out the upper and lower Brass rings from the hinge and tap in the new ones. If your door pin is worn then this will have to be changed. Take about an hour each side If you take your time

so you tap the pin out, and the brass bushes slip over the pin?

the brass bushes are in the hinge which need to be tapped out after the pin is removed. From what I remember they are in the door side of the hinge as its been a while.
