i couldnt tirn up due to not having a lift to get there but i do understand where richard k is coming from i would suggest that in future events we can contribute £10 for food and drinks i dont see it being a problem i do apologise for not making it but my poxy rover 100 would not have made it and being bloody wedding season everyone i know are either getting married or going to weddings so a lift was impossible sorry again

Yep thats cool. Its good that all the expensive things are actually paid for from 'paid members' a year or so ago. That took the big bill of the gazebo etc out the way. Subscriptions just are not really going to work as i originally thought as i have hardly anytime as it is anymore to do paperwork. So just an individual contribution per show attendane would be the best bet.
We were going to have dj equipent and a tv and playstation Rich but Firstly Dr silvia couldnt show as his cars poorly and he couldnt get the tools and parts in time but that was fine as he did let us know. I wont go into other no show-ups as these things happen and its done now.If we were a big club with tens of thousands of s12s still on the road it wouldnt be a problem.We cant really blame anyone but ourselves for choosing to have a rarer car. I also had to bring double the amount of luggage this year as i was the only person coming in a car from down here instead of 3 people so i couldnt fit anything else in my car. All this only really effected us in the evening though and the actual show itself wasnt effected at all and was a nice weekend.Although i was quite worn out at work today. We will have to come up with some club actuivities ourselves next year and have a mad pissup competition i recon. Hopefully i will have more money next year and definatly my car should be looking spanking and much better than all yours   . I was brasic this year as my headgasket and turbo went last week and i had to work late through the evenings after and before work and cough up £££ to get it done in time to get up to the eventHow are your Tyres Richard?
