I tried the coke with rusted bolt trick but it didnt work but I use coke with aluminium foil to clean the bumpers on my Viva. Pour the coke onto the chrome and use the foil to rub it in. I bet its the best chrome cleaner you have ever used. (or your money back)

coke's cleaning properties come from its ph...
anyone remember the experiment at school where you put a tooth in the stuff and left it for a week? at the end of the week the tooth was gone because the acid in the coke had dissolved it... draw your own conclusions from this
