Thats pretty good shaun. Well done. Nice to see new things being done on et parts. The location of the wastegate outlet isnt too bad either considering whats there to work with

how did you make the hole for the external wastegate?,did you burn it througth then round off the hole or something or use a holecutter

i drilled a few 13mm holes, near enough joining the holes up, then i used some bosch grinding attachments, the metal cone shaped ones, they are like porting tools.
